Defining High-Performance HR Study

We invite you to participate in a new study, sponsored by HRPS and Aon Hewitt, focused on identifying the factors behind high-performance HR organizations.

In this study, we are focusing our analysis on North American-based organizations, to understand how well HR organizations are supporting their business and how organizations currently perceive and measure that support. Following this survey, you may be contacted for one or more in-depth interviews.

You must complete the survey online. Be assured that your company’s submission is completely confidential, and we will not disclose the names of any participating companies or their data except in aggregated form.

All participating organizations we receive a complimentary research report. In addition, we will provide the first five participants who complete the study with a complimentary benchmark report, comparing your results to the results of the other study participants.

This study opens today and will be open through December 2, 2011. The research report will be released in January 2012
